Choreographer

Movement Director

Jennifer works as a choreographer for stage and screen.

Adaptable to your needs and willing to support your ideas as they develop and change, she has been labeled "a breath of fresh air" in the industry.

Jennifer is told she is extremely personable in her work and is well received by companies, who appreciate her professional and thorough approach to their projects. Jennifer thrives on creating fresh, innovative, visually exciting movement to promote both dancer and product to their finest.

As a professional dancer herself, Jennifer excels at a diverse range of dance styles ranging through contemporary dance, street dance, tap, classical ballet, jazz, bollywood, flamenco, lindy hop, salsa. This enables her to fuse elements of these genres within her choreography confidently. She particularly enjoys learning dance from other genres and cultures and finds she can quickly learn new dance styles if required.

Similarly, her experience working as a model provides expertise for catwalk related choreography.

Adding to her already comprehensive knowledge of film production, Jennifer's work as assistant to choreographer and director, Litza Bixler, has provided invaluable training when on set. Director and crew can easily communicate their needs with Jennifer, to achieve the most successful outcome.

With experience both in creating choreography designed for stage and for screen, she is aware of their differing requirements and is confident in lending her skills to both. She is particularly interested in how dance is 'read' on screen and has written a first-class honours dissertation on this subject.

Jennifer grew up in Reading and now lives and works in London. She has been dancing for over twenty years and has travelled the world as a professional choreographer, dancer and model.

And she loves every minute of it!
